Share a Session or a Project with a Link
A live link to a session, or to a project's tasks and sessions. No account needed to follow along; you control the audience, the expiry, and what the page says about you.
One link, a live view
Open the Share button in a session's header, or Share in its ⋯ menu, and press Create link. The link is copied for you. Anyone who opens it sees the transcript exactly as it looks in Vicoa, and keeps seeing new messages as the agent works, until you revoke the link.
A project shares the same way, as one link: tick Tasks, Sessions, or both under What this link shares. The page puts the tasks on the sidebar's Tasks row and the sessions underneath it, and new tasks and sessions show up as they happen.
You decide who reads it
- Anyone with the link, no account needed, or Vicoa users only.
- Expiry: never, or 1, 7, 30, or 90 days. Revoke any link at any time; it stops working for everyone immediately.
- Each half narrows on its own: tasks by status or label, sessions by date range. A link carrying tasks can also let signed-in Vicoa users comment on them under their own name.
Nothing about you unless you say so
A shared page shows the work and nothing else: no name, no avatar, no branch names; wherever you appear you are "Owner". Two switches, My name and avatar and Branch names, turn those on for a link when you want them.
What to check before you share
The page shows the full transcript, including any file contents or credentials the agent printed. Vicoa does not redact transcripts, so read what the agent saw before you hand out the link.
