Share a session's transcript, or a whole project (its tasks, its sessions, or both) with anyone. No Vicoa account needed to read it.

A project is one link with a content selection: What this link shares has a switch for Tasks and one for Sessions, and where you opened the dialog only decides which one starts on. The dialog opens on the link itself: the first time, pick what it carries, who can open it and when it expires, then press Create link; it is copied for you. Every time after that the existing link is right there with a Copy link button; use New link for one with different settings. Links look like vicoa.ai/share/….

What a link can do:

Follow along live. Viewers see the transcript as it grows, or the board as tasks move. They watch; they don't prompt the session or edit tasks. The one opt-in is Allow comments on a link that carries tasks, which lets signed-in Vicoa users comment on tasks under their own name, whoever the link is for; a visitor who is not signed in is asked to sign in first.
Audience: Anyone with the link (no account) or Vicoa users only. Someone who opens a Vicoa users only link while signed out sees "This link isn't available" with a sign-in button; the link works once they sign in.
Expiry: never, or 1 / 7 / 30 / 90 days. Revoke a link at any time from the same dialog; it stops working immediately, for everyone.
Filters: each half narrows on its own: Filter tasks by status or label, Filter sessions by date range. Filters apply live, so new matches appear too.

What the page says about you. By default a shared page shows the work and nothing about who shared it: no name, no avatar, no branch names. Two switches under Viewers can see turn those on per link: My name and avatar puts them on the page, Branch names shows each session's worktree branch. With the first one off, the page calls you "Owner" wherever you appear (as a task's assignee, in its activity, on your comments), with a plain placeholder for the avatar.

What viewers see. The page looks like Vicoa: a project link's tasks are the sidebar's Tasks row, its sessions are the list underneath, and picking either opens it on the right. A session shows a Live dot while its agent is working, and every viewer sees new messages within seconds. Viewers who are signed in to Vicoa get an Open in Vicoa button; everyone else gets Log in and Sign up for free.

It is a live view. A link shared during a session keeps showing whatever happens next until you revoke it.

Anyone with this link can read the full transcript, including any file contents or credentials the agent printed. Vicoa does not redact transcripts, so check what the agent saw before sharing.
